Liz is acupuncture and TCM expert. She grew up in the Cronulla area in which her childhood consisted of surfing with her Dad or playing netball. It was not until her teenage years that Liz became interested in the function of the Human body and alternative health options, this became her hobby of interest.
Liz had her first acupuncture session during the HSC for stress and the ancient philosophy of Chinese Medicine fascinated her. Liz began a degree of Medical Science at UOW although 6 months in transferred to Traditional Chinese Medicine at UTS.
Liz has a thorough passion to educate her patients of alternate natural options of the ancient tradition Chinese Medicine that remains relevant and logical 3000 years later. She is strongly committed to the on going development of acupuncture treatment being an accessible and mainstream healthcare option for the entire family.
By providing Holistic healthcare through the use of Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Chinese Dietary Therapy and Cupping treatment she seeks improving the quality of wellness of her patients, both physically and psychologically.
Liz specialises in Women’s health, Fertility, Anxiety and Stress issues, Insomnia and Acute & Chronic pain.
Through the use of the latest evidence based Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture research each patient has a unique treatment protocol to reach his or her individual level of optimal health.
Liz is a registered practitioner with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia and AHPRA. She is also an accredited member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA).
Liz attended UTS Sydney and has a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Liz also has a Certificate III in Group Exercise Training.
Liz has a strong passion for travel and adventure. In 2015 she lived in Cheng Du, China and worked in an integrative medicine hospital which provided both Western and Chinese Medicine.
Liz’s soft spot is her two rescue dogs Arthur and Iris in her spare time likes taking them for a run down at Greenhills.
